    Route Map:

    1. Day 1 Saigon – Lagi via coastal route (L/D)

After picking you up from your hotel, we head towards Ba Ria city. After about 1.5hours, you will leave the main road and enter Long Son Island. This is a small island where the main income of the local people comes from fishing. We will take short trip across the island to experience the local lifestyle and have a stop to see the market. Following this visit, it´s back to the main road heading to Long Hai Beach. This is where the journey along the south coastal route begins, with less traffic and many wild beaches along the way. You will stop at one of them for a picnic lunch, and you will of course also have time for swimming and relaxing on these empty, sandy beaches. In the afternoon, we continue driving along the coast until we get to Lagi Farm, where you will stay overnight.

The owner of the Lagi Farm is a “retired” tour guide. After many years of working in Saigon, he returned to his home town and built this farm in the middle of the village. It started out as a place for himself and his friends, now it is open for tourists. It is a unique experience to stay here with his family and have dinner with them.

      Stay: Homestay

    2. Day 2 Lagi - Muine – Ninh Chu Beach (B/L/D)

Leave your accommodation after breakfast and begin the next adventure. Not far from the farm, you will enter the land of Dragon Fruit, with several dragon fruit farms. Visit a random orchard to learn about and taste this amazingly colorful and sweet fruit if you visit the farm in season.

Back on the road, we keep driving on provincial roads and your next stop will be Ke Ga Light house, built in 1899 near dangerous reefs. This structure stands just off the beach on a small, rocky promontory. You can even reach the lighthouse by foot at low tide. A favored motive for your camera, a local round bamboo fishing-boat with the Lighthouse as background. Very close to the lighthouse is a small fishing hamlet with rustic tents. The only thing of value they own is the amazing sea-view.

One of the most beautiful parts of today´s ride is the road from Mui Ne to the white sand dunes. Besides the sea view, these sand-dunes are breathtaking and we will have a stop here. It is also possible to hire ATV motocross for fun and challenge yourself on the dunes (at your own expense).

      Stay: Hotel

    3. Day 3 Trekking and Camping in Nui Chua National Park (B/L/D)

After breakfast, get transferred to Nui Chua National Park. You will meet and get acquainted with your local guide and porters at Da Hang Hamlet. Start your trek by crossing the “semi desert” area with sparse vegetation. On the way, you have a chance to learn about the culture of the Raglai – the minority group residing in the park. After 3 hours trekking, you will stop for a picnic lunch by Da Com Spring and take a small rest.

Continue trekking in the afternoon through primary forest to get to the campsite by a small stream. It will take about 3 hours and this is where you will prepare your camp, while the local guide will prepare your dinner in time for sunset. Enjoy the peace and sounds of nature, having dinner by the campfire.

      Trip Notes:

      -Trekking distance: 8km, 6 hours

-The camp is equipped with only basic facilities, so a sleeping bag and warm clothes are very important for your comfortable sleep and to keep you warm.

-What to bring: hat, sunglasses, warm clothes, trekking shoes, insect repellent, sunscreen and headlamp.

      Stay: Tent

    4. Day 4 Conquering the summit – Vinh Hy Bay (B/L/D)

Breakfast will be served in camp before you continue the second day trekking. Passing by wild lemongrass areas and primary forest, the route is not challenging, but zigzag. After 3 hours, you will finally reach the highest peak of Mount Chua, which is 1,039m above sea level. Enjoy your “moment of glory” before starting the decent. On the way down the mountain, your trek route becomes easier and the scenery is beautiful. After 1.5 hours trekking downhill, you will reach the rest stop and have lunch.

After lunch and a short rest, trek for another 4 hours to a village of the Raglai minority group, where you meet your vehicle and drive to your hotel at Vinh Hy Bay

      Trip Notes:

      -Trekking distance: 12km, 08 hours

      Stay: hotel

    5. Day 5 Vinh Hy Bay – Nha Trang (B/L)

The reward for the days of trekking is the time for relaxing and swimming in Vinh Hy Bay. You will have the whole morning, so use it wisely. In the afternoon, you will be transferred to Nha Trang, and your hotel. Tour ends!

Notes: The tour can be shortened without the trekking tour in Nui Chua National Park or finishing in Dalat City as you wish. We are flexible – just ask.
