Accommodation & Facilities: As a small village, Moon Garden homestay has houses built with the traditional architecture features. The houses are named Mango,  Pomelo and Frangipani. The houses are decorated by distiches, all the furniture as tables, ottomans, beds are decorated by carving traditional pattern: lotus, peach blossom, phoenix and dragon. The windows have the circle shape that symbolize for conception of Yin and Yang. Especially, the Frangipani house even has the Buddha altar with many beautiful Buddha statues. Moon Garden homestay also has a large garden with many kind of fruits and flowers as pomelo, mango, logan and many frangipani. The restaurant is so unique as it is converted from an old church which is brought from Nam Dinh – the land of Catholics

All about the Moon Garden – Son Tay.

Activities: Cooking class to know traditional food of Vietnam as spring roll, biking through the small paths to see the green field, visit the temple and pagodas, working on the farm as a true farmer, relaxing with hand spa and steam bath with fragrant herbs like lemon grass, pomelo leaves, holy basil leaves. If you are curious about spiritual activities, in the morning, there’s Yijinjing – a traditional exercise, and in the late afternoon is Buddha worship ceremony.

Location & Getting there: 50km from Hanoi to Ky Son Village, this drive will take you 1.5 hours to get there

Day 2: Transfering to Moon Garden Homestay – Cycling to Duong Lam ancient village in the afternoon
